Home is set up to be comforatable.
Main level
of house is entered by a flight of stairs, either from basement, deck or front yard, so it's not handicapped or elderly
accessible.
Kitchen is fully equipped with plates and cooking utensils.
Living Room has a Queen Pull-out sofa sleeper
and a Reclining love seat and 2 additional recliners.
Home has huge deck with wrap around seating and a picnic table
for evening cookouts, a water feature & 8 Adirondack chairs that can also be used at the
Campfire pit
in the yard, with hose located nearby to put out fire when finished.
We want our house to remain in good condition
& be enjoyable for our guests for many years to come, and so we screen potential guests thouroughly and require a
contract to rent our home..
We are always planting new gardens and maintaining existing gardens so we may
stop by daily to water new plants & lawn and to see if you need anything.
House Interior And Basement are a No-Smoking
Area. Smoking is allowed outside.
Security deposit, Liability Contracts, and References are required.
